Description of the restaurant

The restaurant Els Casals is located in a room adjoining to the hotel, but it is totally independent. It only has eight tables.

In the menu, you will find traditional dishes as well as new creation's cuisine, always with strong ties to the country. It is a local cuisine in which the major part of the produces comes from the finca itself, or from the surroundings. From the vegetables and garden produces, to the eggs, milk and diary products, poultry, pork, mushrooms, truffles... The cuisine is therefore strongly marked by the season of the produces, that are always treated with the highest respect. This way, all their qualities can be appreciated and they can be enjoyed in the best conditions.
